Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% non-refundable cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, which WILL be credited towards a future appointment with a courtesy message before our scheduled appointment time. I will reach out regarding rescheduling.
Any no-call, no-shows will be charged 30% of the total service amount. This WILL NOT be credited towards a future appointment. If you are running up to 20 minutes late and do not send a courtesy message, you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled.
